B. Breast Implantat Illness (BII) = Brustimplantatkrankheit\n(Wie die BII entsteht wissen wir noch nicht. Bei der BII handelt es sich um eine Ausschlussdiagnose. Sie umfasst verschiedene unspezifische Beschwerden, wie z. B. Ged\u00e4chtnisschw\u00e4che, chronische M\u00fcdigkeit, rheumatische Erkrankungen: Arthritis, Weichteilrheuma, chronische Schmerzen, Schlafst\u00f6rungen, Kopfschmerzen, Hautausschlag, Haarausfall, etc; die Entfernung der Implantate wird empfohlen, ich empfehle auch die Entfernung der Kapsel)<\/li>\n \t<li>z. B. BIA-ALCL Anaplastischen Large Cell Lymphom\nSo kann es bei Brustimplantaten wie auch bei anderen Implantaten (z. B. Zahnimplantate, Herzschrittmacher, etc.), zu einem b\u00f6sartigen Lymphom, dem s.g. \u201eAnaplastischen Large Cell Lymphom\u201c (BIA-ALCL), einem b\u00f6sartigen Non-Hodkin Tumor, kommen. Besteht der Verdacht auf eine BIA-ALCL, m\u00fcssen die Implantate zwingend zusammen mit dem Tumor entfernt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nSehr seltene schwerwiegende Komplikationen k\u00f6nnen zur zwingenden Entfernung der Implantate f\u00fchren.\n\nSo kann es bei Brustimplantaten wie auch bei anderen Implantaten (z. B. implants can be a very delicate surgical procedure and should always be performed by an experienced breast surgeon who is familiar with the various techniques involved.<\/p><p>The term \u201cen bloc resection\u201c has its origins in cancer surgery and describes a surgical technique where diseased tissue is removed in one block together with surrounding healthy tissue.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-a5164b3 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"a5164b3\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
