Buttock augmentation or buttock shaping with autologous fat is among the most frequently requested surgical treatments. In addition, Dr. med. Dr. med. Christina Irene Günter can also offer you buttock tightening or reduction, if required.

If a more voluminous butt is desired, the treatment of choice would be buttock augmentation with autologous fat transfer. Even after weight loss, when the buttocks have lost volume and are sagging, autologous fat transfer may help to restore the desired curves. A significant increase in volume can be achieved by a repeated operation. These will be performed at intervals of at least six months until the required size has been reached.

In the case of a pronounced excess of skin, a buttock lift is usually necessary. This procedure is particularly recommended if only the firm, round shape is to be restored. If the buttocks need to be reduced in size and the skin is still elastic enough, liposuction is another possible alternative.

It goes without saying that your health is always given priority. Surgery that negatively affects your health or physical integrity is not recommended and should not be performed in the first place.
